Built by people who
had to make it work.

ProcessWeave is built by Mobifilia.

ProcessWeave is built by Mobifilia, a software engineering firm that has spent years building systems that have to survive contact with real enterprise infrastructure — the ERP nobody wants to touch, the process that half-exists in a spreadsheet, the integration that has to be right every time because a wrong record costs real money.

The platform came out of that work.

We were automating a returns-authorisation process that crossed an Oracle ERP, a mailbox, scanned vendor documents and two levels of human approval — and we built it as a platform rather than a one-off, because the discipline the situation demanded turned out to be general.

Every external write had to be idempotent, because the engine retries and the ERP had no guard against duplicates.

Nothing could be guessed, because a guessed approver sends a real approval to the wrong person.

Everything had to be on the record, because somebody was going to ask.

Those constraints are the product.

We did not set out to build a governance-first automation platform; we set out to make something work in a place where the cost of being wrong was visible, and this is what that looks like.
